Most of the active bloggers online do make their own content daily like me. They do use their fingers to create those long or short articles. But recently, i was shocked when one of my cousin who worked on a shipping company lost his little finger. Yes! He lost his little finger in just a blink of an eye. He was assigned on the engine room and he was working on a blower with a plastic fan. Yes! It is a plastic fan that rotates so fast. He was trying to move it when his little finger was went inside a small hole on one side of the blower. The unfortunate thing is that the ship was on the middle of the ocean and there are no doctors on the ship only painkillers. They waited for several days about 6 days until they reach United States Port in Texas area. He was sent directly to a hospital for check-up. He is now on the way back home. I am hoping to see him soon.
We bloggers do need our fingers too, right? It is so important that losing it is a big loss for all of us. We have electric fan in our homes, we move things, we write articles and we use our hands and fingers to do these things. We can hire guest bloggers but it is a different thing when we write it on our own. I asked myself, what should we do when we lose our fingers or even hands? Should we quit on blogging? Should we stop our dreams? Should we stay-at-home and not work anymore?
That is part of life. We still have our eyes to see and mouth to speak. We can create seminars and conference for the bloggers who might experience it in the future. I know that it is a big loss and it will ruin our lives if we are full time bloggers who depend on our articles in generating money. Bloggers must be careful in their offline activities to prevent a miserable blogging future.
I usually exercise my fingers by using any small balls i could see at home to create a constant blood flow to my fingers. You? How do you prevent such events to happen? What are the things you usually do to exercise your fingers?
How important fingers are for bloggers
